Figma to Astro provides professional conversion services that transform your Figma designs into production-ready Astro websites. Our service includes pixel-perfect implementation, responsive design, performance optimization, and clean, maintainable code.

How Our Service Works

When you engage our services, the process typically follows these steps:

• You share your Figma design file and project requirements
• We provide a quote based on the scope and complexity
• Upon agreement, you submit payment (full or deposit as specified)
• We convert your design to an Astro website within the agreed timeframe
• You review the work and request any revisions
• We deliver the final website files and deployment assistance

Payment Terms

Payment terms are agreed upon before work begins and may include:

• Fixed pricing per page or project as quoted
• Deposit may be required before work commences
• Final payment due upon project completion and before file delivery
• All payments are non-refundable once work has begun, except as required by law

We accept payment via bank transfer, credit card, or other methods as agreed. Late payments may incur additional fees.

Delivery and Revisions

We strive to deliver your project within the agreed timeframe. Delivery includes:

• Complete Astro website source code
• Deployment assistance or instructions
• One round of minor revisions included (unless otherwise specified)

Major changes to the original design or scope after work has begun may incur additional charges, which will be communicated and agreed upon before proceeding.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you receive full ownership of the custom code we create for your project. This includes:

• All Astro components and pages we develop
• Custom CSS and styling specific to your design
• Any custom JavaScript functionality created for your project

We retain the right to use general techniques, code patterns, and knowledge gained during your project for future work. Third-party libraries and frameworks (such as Astro, React, Tailwind CSS) remain under their respective licenses.

Your Responsibilities

To ensure a smooth project, you agree to:

• Provide complete and accurate Figma design files
• Respond to questions and feedback in a timely manner
• Ensure you have the rights to use all design elements and content
• Review and test the delivered website thoroughly
• Provide clear feedback during the revision process

Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Figma to Astro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with our services.

Our total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific project giving rise to the claim.

Warranties and Disclaimers

We warrant that our work will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner, substantially conforming to your Figma design. However, we do not guarantee that the website will be error-free or that all browser and device combinations will render identically.

The website is provided "as is" after delivery. We are not responsible for issues arising from hosting environments, third-party integrations, or modifications made after delivery.

Termination

Either party may terminate the project with written notice if the other party materially breaches these terms and fails to cure the breach within 14 days. Upon termination:

• You pay for all work completed up to the termination date
• We deliver all completed work upon receipt of final payment
• Both parties return or destroy confidential information

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, through the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
